GetHuman-114701: I waited on hold for ** minutes after trying two different previous numbers. Verizon never answered. I went through the answering numbers and listened to that annoying tone for ** minutes (timed). No response. I'm sure they'll charge my bill for the time on hold, too (and never recognize the time spent on hold, as they never answered and never "received" the call).
