~jima: This is the worst telecommunications company on the planet. Transferred my line from Bellsouth and they left my business down for * weeks. The sales rep went on a mysterious vacation that lasted * weeks during this time also. Beware, you get what you pay for. I am breaking the contract just to get away from this horrible company. I am extremely surprised that Verizon allows their name to be placed on this terrible service because I believe this is actually MCI handling the service.

~jima: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jima: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon Business's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jima: For that I would say two out of five.
