~wowwow: We were in Zone A during storm Sandy, All of our communication lines have dropped a few weeks, then came back up for a few days doing it repeatedly. I spent my time to call Verzion repair, waiting in queue for * hr is usual, sometimes gave up after * hours waiting. Once call is connected, they put me to queue again telling me transferring. Verizon refused to replace cable, but I aggressively opened trouble tickets, they finally gave up and run new copper cable a few days ago. We don't have fios in this area, I think that's why. Until then, they just didn't care much about customers. But still my only idea is to find a way to get rid of Verizon. It's very surprising ** nation wide telephone company is this much corrupted. Just like USPS

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~wowwow: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon Business's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~wowwow: For that I would say two out of five.

~wowwow: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon Business to know who you are.
