~Enigima0329: "FALSE ADVERTS,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,**"I have spent over * hours * chatting * waiting to no avail.I thought using chat would resolve problems faster & w*o any rude uninformed rep's,that did not happen,my issue is still not resolved.was told i had changed carriers for phone & did no such change.I even told them I am a @ RISK HEART PATIENT AND NEED PHONE SERVICE AT ALL TIMES.I have had nothing but problems since the *st day,because they did not show up,called a liar,wrote several e-mails*contact corporate & NOTHING..BESIDES FALSE ADVERTS,POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..I HAD LEFT A CABLE CO.BECAUSE OF THE SAME ISSUES.FIOS IS **X WORSE..IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE SINCE DAY *... IT'S NOT GOING TO BE TOO LONG BEFORE CABLE CO.ARE SOMETHING OF THE PAST !!! NOT HAPPY..i'M INTERESTED IN HOW THIS IS GOING TO BE HANDLED..A FREE MOVIE WILL NOT HELP YOU THIS TIME...
