GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Verizon FiOS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Barbara: I had contacted Verizon Fios home service for tech -support. They stated that my window was from *-** (* hours), so I'm waiing, waiting. No tech, no phone call. I call to find oout where the tech is and I'm told that his truck broke down after ** minutes of wait time on the phine and then they had to locate another tech who said he'd be here in ** minutes and it's now * hours later. Their customer service is THE WORST. They lose the connection*call and never call back as promised. They have hidden charges and taxes and surcharges on top of taxes and surcharges. And they know that they have us consumers over a barrel because there aren't very many choices to have for phone, television and internet. They are just horrible.

~Barbara: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Barbara: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon FiOS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Barbara: For that I would say five out of five.

~Barbara: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon FiOS to know who you are.
