~psod: Trying all day to get tech support for a client's Verizon Website. Verizon is not a website company and therefore no one knows anything about it or where to send me, But this number a Human answered and asked the right questions and sent me to the exact department. No automation on this call at all. Was truly wonderful after being transferred around Verizon for almost an hour.
