~xrmb: called **x to get login issues fixed, have ** trouble tickets, got promised a call back from tech support within *-* days *x, never heard back. got promised callbacks from supervisor (which are always in meetings or lunch break) twice w*o ever getting one.**To sum it up, that is by far the worst support hotline I ever had to deal with. My problem is still not fixed after * months.
