Lewis Jr.: Following several disputes with Verizon Wireless and their refusal to act on a fraudulent account, I filed complaints with the Better Better Bureau and the Consumer Financial Bureau to compel a response. This seemed to work as Verizon immediately responded to the CFPB indicating that they would delete the offending account due to fraud.***s* William E. Lewis Jr, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
