~AnnaP: Nightmare, I spend * hours by phone to speak with verizon people to resolve the problem, which was created by them. They mistakenly crated for me * internet accounts, than canceled one which I had more discounts on, and finally can not be able to tell me how much I will pay. Now I just thinking about my first bill and will wait one year to cancel the service...

~AnnaP: For that I would say five out of five.
