~hollyism: Sent an email and received this back: "please call our customer service department with your OrderID* handy and we would be glad to further assist you ***-***-****.*Victory Electronic Cigarettes*(no email reply necessary, please call our number for quick assistance)"*However, when I called the number the message said to press * for customer service but pressing * did absolutely nothing and the message just kept repeating. No way to get in touch with these people.
