~Anonymous: After ** service calls for an **-month-old fridge, and weeks of waiting for diagnostic information, our authorized service rep. suggested that we call Viking directly as they weren't returning emails from the service co. The customer service rep. refused to get a supervisor, denied that we had had ** service calls, then went off to "research" and never called back. Horrible products, horrible service.
