~Ettie: I placed my order online ** days ago but it still hasn't been shipped. I sent them e-mails and left a voice-mail message but no response. I called several times during business hours but I can't reach a live person and I get a voice-mail at every option. I still don't know what's going on with my order. This is unacceptable and this company clearly has no concept of basic customer service. I'm never buying from Vince Camuto again. Very frustrating and a horrible experience.
