~patient user: Always have problems with first tier agents. They do not speak very good English and they are only going by a script of what to ask, then depending on your response, what to do. They haven't a clue. The second tier agents can usually resolve the issue. I have been a customer for a few years and have had my share of issues but most were taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.I just humor the first agents and usually tell them that I need to elevate the problem.

~patient user: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~patient user: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~patient user: For that I would say one out of five.
