~Anoymous: Couldn't understand the customer service rep. Call center must be in India. Could hardly hear the service rep.*Thought this would be faster than calling the normal *. He would have had to transfer us to the normal number we call anyway. Total wast of time!

~Anoymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anoymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Visa's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anoymous: For that I would say four out of five.

~Anoymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Visa to know who you are.
