~Waste of Money: Terrible. The issue was that the State of PA had emailed me that the order was complete. VitalChek did not have any information other than just that. I paid for tracking emails etc. I got the State of PA. It is hugely humiliating when some government employee out services a private company. Do yourself a favor, contact the State direct,. this service will not expedite a thing.

~Waste of Money: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Waste of Money: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VitalChek's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Waste of Money: For that I would say three out of five.
