GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-eamtech: I am a IT technician , installing *G connections and boosters in the former Transkei area.**My last installation ( near Msipi where the new highway is constructed ) , the *G signal show available and strong , but no data*Is coming thru.**I also pickup an MTN signal in the area , It does seem to come from the same tower , *I was therefore forced to put my client on a temporary MTN *G connection.**I similar problem exists near Lusikisiki and Willowvale.***Please advise as this is urgent , I would else need to convert all phones and internet connections to MTN.

GetHuman-eamtech: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vodacom's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-eamtech: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-eamtech: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Vodacom to know who you are.
