GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/06/17?
GetHuman-starkho: on the ** February i went to Vodacare westgate mall next game store to purchase modem ZTE K**** serial number *************** for my computer which i got and paid in R***. the consultant who helped me was Jacco and when i get home my husband bought the the same thing for me as present, so i decided to return the one that i bought because it was still sealed in the box. i went to the shop again on the ** February to get a refund and there was a man and a lady who helped me and they took the modem and the slip from me and asked for my banking details which i gave to them same time. They told me that the money will reflect on my account within ** to ** hours. today is the **th February and i have not received nothing yet and when i phone the store spoke to the consultant who then told me that he will find out from head office what is the problem and he will phone me back cause i even gave him my number but he did not come back to me. I believe this is not how customers should be treated. My Name: Maria ********** i need help on this matter or i will take further steps.
