GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-romaine4: Vodacom double debited me. One of the debits was returned by the bank. Vodacom claims that I owe them the money because they refunded all their clients. I advised Vodacom that I did not receive any credits. They told me to email them my statement, which I did. They then told me they did not receive the statement and I owe them. I then resent the mail and tried to call Vodacom, ten times. All attempts failed. I eventually just paid what ever they said I owe including the an extra R*** for a returned debit order. I can not believe Vodacom treats their customers in such a manner and will never advise any one to be on Vodacom. Pathetic Service is not the word!
