~youlostallmyrespect: I find it amazing that a cellular network like vodacom cannot resolve queries over the phone. I actually waited *** hrs worth of unresolved minutes of my time, hearing people apologising for everybody elses mistakes but no one was able to help me solve my little problem. It's also amazing that other companies I do business with resolved the same problem in just one phone call with me. Its been over a week and I am still waiting for one of the managers named Linda to phone me back from resolving a simple banking query. Vodacom has just added more and more problems. The ****** number is a waste of time because the staff are not equiped to help everybody.

~youlostallmyrespect: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~youlostallmyrespect: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vodacom's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~youlostallmyrespect: For that I would say two out of five.

~youlostallmyrespect: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Vodacom to know who you are.
