~Steffi: Still waiting at Heathrow. We have been left in terminal * all night. No hotel. No food or water as all the outlets are closed freezing cold as airconditioning on all night and no blankets. No staff in airport. No communication. Nothing on the internet. Nobody answering ohone. Feel desperate and forgotten. A terrible experience. Terrible service. The worst. Up there with Ryanair
