~inanike: i lost my luggage from rome to madrid, its transit in barcelona, they said gonna arrive in madrid, but nothing in madrid, and d system of vueling was down at that time, so that they cant find my luggage, they said going to send to my hotel in my madrid, im in vacation here n stay * days, but untill now, its been * days my luggage not come , n they dont know where is it, at that time i claim them to give money to buy d stuff as long as they dont found my luggage, but they refuse it, its so difficult for me,without my luggage, all stuff in that suitcase, i really hope that vueling have responsible with it
