GetHuman-145083: After *** minutes of waiting someone finally answered. Reception was bad. and I did not receive the help I needed. I felt rushed. Still cannot login to the site. I live in Hawaii so the time difference is hard to follow. I woke up at * just so I could call before work and still ended up waiting *** minutes. Very disappointed.
