~Valerie: I told the rep Bank of America three times and she did not know anything about Bank of America or anything of it's existance, after holding for **min she put me on hold for an additonal *min to tell me nothing was on file under my social after I clearly got an email from them saying I had two W*'s on file. Horrible call center, horrible customer service good thing I never have to call again. I'll just wait for it in the mail.

~Valerie: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Valerie: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about W-2 eXpress's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Valerie: For that I would say five out of five.
