~sandra hagood: I held the phone **min.**sec. before I reached a representative. I was having phone trouble. It took * days to get an appointment for service. This tells me that you either have major problems with equipment or you just do not have enough representatives to handle the calls.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WOW!. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WOW! problem?
~sandra hagood: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sandra hagood: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WOW!'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sandra hagood: For that I would say three out of five.
