~Texasgirl : columbus ga office stated I had * digital DVR boxes at once when I only had one. I called customer service regarding the issue to explain that I don't know why the account stated * DVR boxes were on the account if I only ever had one at a time. We never had an issues with the service so it has been very disappointing that the turn in process has been such a mess! Customer service referred me back to local so that wasn't very helpful nor did it resolve the issue!

~Texasgirl : I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WOW!'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Texasgirl : For that I would say four out of five.
