~anonymous: Communication was fine. But they can only do so much. I agree with previous reviewer, WellsFargo is ruining the Wachovia name. Before I knew my Wachovia bank personnel...now they change every day or two. I hate the new Wachovia (wells fargo). And I am not opening a new account with them...I don't have money enough to justify the account I have (and then they add a fee for that too) so could you please stop asking.

~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wachovia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Wachovia customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Wachovia to know who you are.
