~mountaingal: Hit * and then hit * again. This advice from the prior comments worked great. Unfortunately I was calling to verify if a check had cleared their customer's account and unless the account holder is present they will not give out this information, which does nothing to help you if someone gave you a check and you want to make sure it cleared their account.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Wachovia. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Wachovia problem?
~mountaingal: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mountaingal: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wachovia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
