GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WageWorks customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~NJ worker: My employer recently changed to WW. This change happened in May, but we were just informed in late August. My previous FSA card stopped working before the new WW card arrived. The best is my childcare account that was deducted a week ago, but still hasn't been credited to my checking account because of a "blackout" period. Gave me a refernce number and told me to call my payroll. It will be at least another week! Just about the time another childcare payment is deducted. WELCOME to WW!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WageWorks. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WageWorks problem?
~NJ worker: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NJ worker: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NJ worker: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WageWorks customers?
~NJ worker: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WageWorks to know who you are.
