GetHuman-137387: On the phone for over an hour, repeating same scenario I inquired about over a month ago (missing payments). Rep was defensive (raising voice, laughing, implied, she could not resolve matter because "they" are in several states). No immediate resolution available. Still incurring charges while waiting for CHECKS to arrive at their proper destination after second month. Assured pending payments are okay (as was assured last month). Website is not helpful. Nor is trying to find someone in the chain of command.

GetHuman-137387: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-137387: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-137387: For that I would say one out of five.
