GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WalMart customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~TweetyBird: I sent a request for cancellation of an order on line. Received an automated e-mail response. The e-mail said I could reply to an e-mail address if I needed further assistance and I sent another e-mail. Response in * minutes (good) but the reply was ANOTHER automated e-mail response (horrible)* therefore, my response to quality and quantity of service and quantity of communication were both "HORRIBLE". And all of this started when I purchased an item for pickup at a store, the item was shows as available for pickup that day and then the store didnt have the item after all. I am not at all impressed with this. HORRIBLE customer service.

~TweetyBird: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TweetyBird: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TweetyBird: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
~TweetyBird: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
