~rick123: I called Washington Gas to restart the gas service before the tenant moved in. When the technician came to start the gas in my house, I asked him to light the water heater. he had trouble to light the water heater and he told me there was gas leak on the pipe connector to the water heater. He then left and wanted me to get a contractor to fix the leak. The contractor came and found no leak and light the water heater without problem. I filed a claim to the company asking for $** service charge I paid to the contractor. After waiting for more than two month, the company denied my claim.
