~anonymous: This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are charging me fines without just cause. I have proven them wrong and had a conference call with my bank manager on the line. They are difficult to understand when speaking, and are absolutely no help. Extremely frustrating. Would cancel sevice immediately if they did not have a monopoly in my area.

~anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Washington Gas's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.
