~Helen White: I got an upgrade offer on my credit card, I called the phone number on the letter that I was instructed to call if I did not want the offer. Because I did not have the expiration date and the security code from the back of my card with me, I could not refuse this upgrade I did not ask for to start with. This is poor customer service, I know I was in Customer service for a number of years.

~Helen White: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Helen White: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
