GetHuman-186573: I tried several phone numbers that I was given and went through their phone tree and a live person finally came on the line. I explained my issue to them and they put me on hold for ** minutes. When they came back on the line they gave me a fax number to send my information too. I did that and have yet to hear a word from them resolving my situation. It has now been a week. They have the worst customer service I have experienced from a company. I would not do business with them and will be encouraging the company I purchased my home decor from to drop Wells Fargo Financial as a creditor.
