GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WestJet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Alexander: Been stuck in the west trying to go west, when there's storms in the east no where near us... If your going to start out in the east ( especially when it's been storming all week... Why not call it eastjet, cause the west is waiting around for your planes in the east... ** hrs later we can see our plane ready to load.... Now we have to wait for stewardesses , come on... Why isn't the president riding around seeing what's going on now. Like he has before! Not much different than air ananda anymore... Wouldn't you say... Sick of the runaround. Use to praise west jet.... Can't blame this all on weather in the east when we are no where in the east booking these flights!. Back up plans are a great thing.... I didn't see one here except for the runaround from staff all day.

~Alexander: For that I would say three out of five.

~Alexander: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WestJet to know who you are.
