~Billy Hill: Totally useless "customer service" agent couldn't resolve my problem with WestJet's non-functioning website check-in service. I waited more than two hours to talk with a live person, and still ended up having to go out to the airport to check in.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WestJet. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WestJet problem?
~Billy Hill: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Billy Hill: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WestJet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Billy Hill: For that I would say three out of five.
