GetHuman-385953: I sent money to a friend whom ended up not needing the money and I reversed it so I could retrieve it. When I went to pick up money they would not let me have it until I got my license notarized. Did that. I was told I would receive a new MTCN. NO that did not happen. I was lied to by supervisors about receiving the new number. They even had me go to a Western Union to get my money and NO not found. Then I was told they sent me a check, no not in the mail yet. ** days have past and I do not have my money back yet. Every time I call they can't find me and have to get a supervisor. They are the biggest lairs in that office. I gave cash they should just give me back my cash.
