~Annoyed: WARNING: It starts as an automated service. Pressing * then * does not get you a representative but a specific option (I think it was to check balance on account) &* after, the company just disconnects! Had to call back and listen to a thousand different options to finally talk to a representative after speaking my options (yes*no*speak to a representative* send money to person). Plus side? Although the representative was clearly trained to give generic answers for every question asked, he was pretty nice.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Western Union. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Western Union problem?
~Annoyed: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Annoyed: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Western Union's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Annoyed: For that I would say five out of five.
