~unhappycustomer: Western Union uses the most in effective form of security check on the planet. The asked for my phone number to verify if it was me calling. They then came back and stated they couldn't look my cell number up on some national registry. YOUR KIDDING! I could understand customer service and they couldn't understand me. They canceled the transaction and placed a hold on my money!! Lets see couldn't verify who I was but placed a whole on my money. USE MONEY GRAM Western Union has lost a customer
