~lucki15: cancelled resrvation refund .* months and respond and no refund from the westin hotel in dallas .managar name nasser. absolutley the the worst customer service and the worst managment ever.i don't know how they get away with that.i have called for almost one month to get my money back on caneclled one night reservation .but i can't get no answer.wil never stay at the westin fver again.
