GetHuman-joetibby: I have stayed at the westin in Montr*al and it was very clean and the staff was great and I do enjoy staying at your locations. Unfortunately last night As I came back to my westin hotel in Cleveland I sat in the hotel lobby and didn't notice that I had sat in a couch in the lobby that had pewk covered in the chair and floor. It had blended in with the couch and as I sat down I was covered in it ruining my newer nike shoes( in the mesh of them) and also had it on my pants and polo dress shirt. very unpleasing After a nice valentines dinner with my girlfriend. I had told the manager during my check out and she took off *** dollars of the room. This was rather an insult as I now have to throw away my *** dollars shoes and carry around clothes with pewk on them til I can get back to boston and wash them. The hundred dollars does not cover the room and to the least the three hundred in items I was wearing that is now ruined . I don't want to wear that shirt again as its disgusting and will probably be thrown away as my trip to back to Boston isn't until next week. Never have had a problem with one of your hotels and the way it was handled after showing management pictures blows my mind. Im now out of a pair of shoes which I need to now get another to wear during my trip along with a shirt and pants .
