~kurai: The phone system itself is great. Easy menu options and no getting passed around between different departments.*Support itself is terrible. For * weeks after I sent in my graphic card they told me the card tested faulty and they were sending a replacement but they were having issues with their system so they couldn't give me a tracking number but I should receive it shortly. Everyday for weeks I had to drive to my P.O.Box to check for it. I called again today and was surprised when I was instantly given a tracking number. Then I saw they just shipped it yesterday. So apparently they hadn't been unable to tell me the tracking number because of system issues. It was because they hadn't shipped it at all. Needless to say, I do not appreciate being lied to. This is totally unacceptable and I don't care how fast their answer their phones. Faulty product and dishonest customer service? Never buying anything from them again.

~kurai: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~kurai: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about XFX's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kurai: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other XFX customers?
~kurai: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for XFX to know who you are.
