~GH: I used the 888-575-6398 number I found for on the GetHuman XO Communications customer phone number page I was on: XO Communications Customer Service Phone Number

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's XO Communications customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~GH: Be sure to check out their Evergreen Clause about renewal. It is ** days or they will automatically renew the contract, (its not in the contract about the ** days-only on their paper billing statement) also disconnecting will require ** days advance* notice. Remember you must respond to both, about disconnecting and contract renewal. This company has about the most incompetent staff of almost anyone out there, and their wait times are gynormous. Run away from any of their offerings. You will be sorry if you bite.....

~GH: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
