~disgruntled: Have T-* outage for ** hours so far. After our calling to escallate * times, no XO tech even called back with prelim testing result (smart-jack loop, etc). XO Tech finally came out and determined router config was blown out, but they could not find old config in their corporate archive. Tech did not come back after another day. Now going on *th day of T-* outage. Their service used to be great a year ago. Now, I recommend STAY AWAY from this company due to AMAZINGLY BAD service.
