~Rich: Horrible customer service and turn around time. We have been without business phone line for over ** hours! We were looking into changing service to Broadview and tried to port numbers on Friday but were not ready to switch so we cancelled the move. Monday morning XO turns off our service and calls it an outage. They said they person who handled the port for us was out and they had to start over to turn our service back on. They are trying to teach us a lesson for switching service providers. If they didn*€*t have such bad service to begin with we would have never switched.

~Rich: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Rich: For that I would say one out of five.
