~jlfleas: OMG! Just spent ** minutes on the phone with Xbox support only to be snapped at by the SECOND person I was transferred to that was only "helping" me for the last ** of those minutes!! As if SHE was so frustrated at the ridiculously long call that was clearly demonstrating that Xbox is ******** US!!! MONTHLY!!! She then told ME to stop talking so that she could continue explaining how they need to have the right to charge me without my permission because that's just their policy and I'm not going to change that so deal with it! Then the call ended with me asking her name (Cherokee) and if she would transfer me to a supervisor...to which she answered, "YEP!" and then hung up on me!!!! I HATE XBOX!!!!

~jlfleas: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jlfleas: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Xbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jlfleas: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Xbox customers?
~jlfleas: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Xbox to know who you are.
