~KAG: We have exposed wires showing on our line outside. Everything inside our house has been going through extreme power surges, our washing machine blew up, and we don't have enough power to run a hair dryer or microwave. I went through the call center and was treated horribly by * woman, and told a whole bunch of horrible lies and such from them, which I posted on the facebook website. Then I was told our issue was reported as fixed. Funny...the wires are STILL exposed and we are STILL having severe power surges. This whole experience has been the worst ever, and Xcel's customer service is HORRIBLE. I like how even on this website...only * characters can be entered for the minutes...I am now on ** hours waiting for help, which is **** minutes. RIDIUCLOUS!!!
