GetHuman-185399: phone menu is better than any company other than Apple. Wait timeat * in the morning was very short.**Man was very helpful, patient. Didn't get riled when I didn't understand. Very confusing paying for last month especially when I called in October to get my budget billing set up.Evidently, you were doing maintainance on your system and I was told to call back and didn't. This happens every year with trying to put me on your budget billing which ended up with my having to pay *** dollars one month.**I hate your bothering me with the wash month, etc. There should be a way to set it up and leave it alone unless I call.
