GetHuman-n8928b: Xcel monopoly told me they would connect my new service the next day after i called with an electrical inspection, after they did not show up or call I called the following day and was told they had no record of my inspection and xcel was ** days behind in their schedule and it will be * weeks before they can connect the meter. Not sure which rep lied to me but I can't call another electric company...
