~carl hardbarger: i cancelled no email sent to me saying i cancelled on *-*-****.u still have me on no reason to have me on there if i can not view the girls.i do not want to view the girls.so i still get view emails from girls ,i do not want that so take me all the way off of your site,why do you make things so hard,when it is so simple,i do not want to be on here.thanks carl

~carl hardbarger: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zoosk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~carl hardbarger: For that I would say one out of five.
